Tom is a digital expert in sports business, with experience at Deloitte and the German Football Association (DFB). He is now Head of Digital at FC Bayern Munich, leading the club's digitalisation. He studied in Spain, Brazil, China and the US, earning an Executive MBA at ESADE Business School and a master's in sports economics at the University of Bayreuth. He also mentors startups at EXPRENEUR, TU Munich's high tech incubator, and is a member of the Bitkom ESMT Management Club.

Philipp has been a television presenter since 2004, starting at German news channel n-tv in the days of BETA SP cassettes and hand cut film, and going on to work with RTL, CTV Canada, Sky News and CNN. He now coaches executives and politicians for stage and camera. Cricket is his second career: a former German international, he won the 2001 European Championships as U19 captain and coached the U17 and U19 national teams. Today he is Head of Cricket at TSV 1860 München.

Prof. Shai Efrati MD is a Professor at Tel Aviv University's Gray Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences and Sagol School of Neuroscience, and Director of the Sagol Center for Hyperbaric Medicine and Research at Shamir Medical Center, the largest hyperbaric facility in the world. A pioneer in regenerative and longevity medicine, he developed Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy protocols that drive neuroplasticity and tissue repair, with clinical results in stroke, brain injury, post COVID syndrome and PTSD, and measurable gains in cognitive and physical performance.
